For account-specific help, email us from the address associated with your Sigora account when possible. Never send passwords, OTPs, card PINs, API keys, or full banking credentials.
Account and data requests
You can manage many settings directly inside Sigora. Account deletion is available in Settings. If you cannot access your account or need help with a data request, email support.
Payments
Sigora Premium checkout is currently marked “Coming Soon” until live payment onboarding is complete. You will not be charged unless you deliberately complete a live checkout after payments are enabled.
